Your application has been sent to the Department of Home Affairs for identity verification. This is triggered when your details don't fully match DHA records, or there's an expired ID or duplicate record.

🚫 Self Exclusion Response Found

SASSA's automated system identified that you earn above R624/month, receive UIF/NSFAS, or answered the screening questionnaire incorrectly. This can also be triggered by dormant business registrations or one-off payments.
